SYDNEY, Australia – (10 February 2020) With the devastation caused by the intense bushfire crisis in Australia across the holiday season in 2019 and 2020, Australian company AUDREY REEFS has donated several thousand of its organic cotton sanitary pads and other daily essentials to the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Australia (a.k.a. St. Vinnies). The donation will be used to replenish stocks for disaster relief and at women’s shelters run by the charity.
With its roots in Australia, AUDREY REEFS has a deep connection to the people and land of Australia, and the decision was made easily to make this donation to contribute to St. Vinnies’ assistance efforts. The donation of supplies to St. Vinnies included organic cotton sanitary pads, natural toothpaste and toothbrushes for both adults and children. The donation was delivered to St. Vinnies’ NSW head office in Lewisham on Friday January 27th, and will be distributed to their locations in NSW according to needs.
